This is beyond one of my Fav dishes on EARTH! Yes, I said that! The flavors of the bourbon glaze paired with pineapple on top is a flavor I'd have as my last meal š¤£ā¤ļø In all seriousness, It's a must try! I get Rice ' Baked Potato w/ it, which are both on point every-time as well! I eat this weekly & have a problem ignoring my taste buds when they need this dish š

I love that it allows for more variety in doable portions. The grilled shrimp on a light a fluffy bed of rice (double please) then the salmon to top it off with a baked potato and kale salad. It was all good!
